With this Refundable pass, attendees have access to all General Sessions throughout the event as well as access to the Video Replay for 2027 following the event. Refundable tickets can be refunded up to 30 days before the conference start date. Refund requests must be submitted in writing and received by that deadline. After that point, tickets may be exchanged for a ticket to the following year’s conference up until the start of the event. Once the conference begins, exchanges are no longer possible. Tickets can only be rolled over once.

With this Non-Refundable pass, attendees have access to all General Sessions throughout the event as well as access to the Video Replay for 2027 following the event. Non-Refundable tickets may be exchanged for a ticket to the following year’s conference up until the start of the event. Once the conference begins, exchanges are no longer possible. Tickets can only be rolled over once.

Non-Refundable tickets may be exchanged for a ticket to the following year’s conferences up until the start of the event. Once the conference begins, exchanges are no longer possible. 2027 VOA Video Replay Access Only (Non-Refundable) - $347.00

If you are not attending VO Atlanta 2027 in person, 2027 Video Replay Access gives you exclusive access to recorded sessions and panels from the 2027 VO Atlanta Conference, allowing you to catch up on valuable content at your convenience and from wherever you are (If attending the in-person event, replay access is included in your general ticket). Due to the nature of the replay access, these tickets are non-refundable.

Prior Year Replay Ticket Purchases Only

Please select this ticket if you are ONLY purchasing Replays from a prior year and NOT purchasing an in-person ticket or the 2027 Replay. Due to the nature of the replay access, these tickets are non-refundable.

X-Sessions are limited-capacity paid sessions and are not included in the price of the Full Weekend Pass.
2027 Video Replay Access or any Prior Year Video Replays do not include recordings of X-Sessions or grant access to the 2027 Conference. This pass is strictly for the purchaser's personal use and cannot be shared with others.

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

We know plans can change, so please review the refund and exchange policy below before purchasing your ticket. Schedule changes or personal conflicts do not qualify for refunds outside the policy outlined below.

REFUNDS & TICKET CHANGES

Refundable Tickets
Refundable tickets can be refunded up to 30 days before the conference start date. Refund requests must be submitted in writing and received by that deadline. After that point, refunds are no longer available.

Non-Refundable Tickets
Non-refundable tickets cannot be refunded.

Exchanging Your Ticket
If you can’t attend in 2027, any ticket may be exchanged for a ticket to the following year’s conference up until the start of the event. Once the conference begins, exchanges are no longer possible. Tickets can only be rolled over once.

A FEW PRACTICAL DETAILS
The 30-day refund deadline is based on the conference start date, not the purchase date.
No partial refunds will be issued.
No-shows are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
If the conference is rescheduled, your ticket will automatically transfer to the new date.
If the conference is canceled by the organizer, you’ll have the option of a refund or a transfer to the next event.
Filing a payment dispute or chargeback instead of following this policy may result in the ticket being voided and restriction from future event registration.
